	Unlike paintings or sculpture, stained glass art may need repair at times due to weather, breakage, or excessive moving. Also unlike other art, stained glass panels may be completely rebuilt using new lead came and solder but preserving the original design and glass.

»  HISTORIC RENOVATION: "SAVING HISTORY" . . .
	Stained glass artist Bob Zakas is commissioned to restore the stained glass in the First Congregational Church in Chattanooga, TN. The church located at the corner of M.L. King Boulevard and Lindsay Street is now under way to apply for a National Historic Register designation.
